2. Service Description

  • Intelligent chatbots for Instagram and Facebook Messenger
  • Automated moderation of comments on posts
  • Automated responses to direct messages
  • Integration with Meta's official APIs (Facebook/Instagram)

Business Model

We provide B2B technology services to companies and professionals who want to automate communication on their social media accounts.

Technical Requirements

  • Instagram Business or Creator account
  • Authorization via Meta's OAuth system
  • Access to the necessary API permissions

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership: The Client is the exclusive owner of the Instagram/Facebook account and is responsible for content, moderation strategy, legal compliance, and Meta policies.
  • User Consent: Inform users, obtain GDPR consents, maintain an adequate privacy policy.
  • Human Supervision: Monitor automated responses, intervene when necessary.

4. AI Solutions Responsibilities

  • Minimum uptime of 99% (except scheduled maintenance)
  • Secure integration with official APIs
  • Technical support during business hours
  • Data protection in accordance with GDPR

5. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Liability limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

  • Service provided "as is"; no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or future compatibility
  • Force majeure: not responsible for external failures

6. Intellectual Property

  • AI Solutions owns rights to software, algorithms, interface, and documentation
  • The Client retains ownership of content, data, and settings

7. Data Protection

  • GDPR compliance: we act as data processor, notify breaches, support the Client
  • Data location: servers in the European Union

8. Duration and Termination

  • Contract for an indefinite period, 30 days' notice
  • Access to data for 90 days after termination, secure deletion after retention
  • Immediate termination for breach, misuse, or late payment

9. Prices and Payment

  • Prices defined in the commercial proposal
  • Monthly advance billing, 30-day payment
  • Service suspension for late payment over 30 days
  • Price changes with 60 days' notice

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • Portuguese law
  • Jurisdiction: Lisbon courts, Portugal
  • Amicable dispute resolution preferred

11. General Provisions

  • Changes with 30 days' notice
  • Severability: invalidity of a clause does not affect the rest
